SA CAA has approved this course and according to EUâ€OPS, flight crew has to complete training in basic area navigation as well as precision area navigation before they commence flying in an area where such navigation equipment is required.
The object of this RNAV course is to give the students a good general knowledge of basic GPS/FMS including Pâ€RNAV and RNPâ€RNAV.
